Our history and mission

We started Sticks and Stones Theatre in 2016, as recent graduates of Studio 58, we wanted to create opportunities for ourselves to practice our craft. We rehearsed in living rooms and office spaces, and beg, stole and borrowed almost everything on the stage. We are built on the idea that the best way to learn to do something is by doing it, and that is how we approach every production we tackle. Our aim is to tell simple, character driven stories, that reflect real life, and invite conversation; while giving other emerging artists opportunities for greater responsibility.
